An alliance is a strategic partnership. Mostly one on one or a small group of organizations. Organizations form an alliance to develop new products, perform joint research or to enter a new market. One of the key elements of an alliance is the sharing of gain and pain. Partner Performance offers services to develop an alliance (strategy) but also support an alliance during its operational phase. An example is the operational management of an alliance as an independent (project)manager between the partners.
